These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to users ("User", "you") of the 444bt platform ("Platform", "Site") and all associated services. This platform is operated by 444bt ("Company", "we").
When you visit the 444bt website, create an account, or use any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.1 Applicable Law

1.2 Language
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and that is the original document. In the event of any inconsistency between the Bengali version and any other language version, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
Account Registration
An account is required to access the full benefits of 444bt. The following conditions must be met when registering an account:
- Each person may create only one account.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

- You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.
- Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
444bt may at any time request relevant documents to verify a user's identity. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-recognised identification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Our system automatically detects if a person holds more than one account. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.
Age Restriction
For users aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 may create or use an account on the 444bt platform. We believe that an age restriction is an important step in creating a responsible gaming environment.
Providing a false age at the time of registration is a serious violation. In such cases, 444bt reserves the right to close the account and withhold all balances. If any user's age appears doubtful, we may request identity verification documents.
Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Your account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same method used for the deposit. 444bt may hold a transaction if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
4.4 Responsibility

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
444bt offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply when claiming these offers.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- Bonus amount: 120% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000
- Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus portion only — not on the deposited amount)
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200 — Wagering: ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings
- Large deposit example: ৳18,000 deposit → bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → total ৳28,000
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions that must be read carefully before claiming.
- A bonus cannot be used on multiple accounts at the same time.
- Not all games may contribute equally to wagering when using a bonus — check the details of each promotion.
- If bonus fraud is suspected, 444bt may suspend the associated account and withdrawals until an investigation is complete.
- 444bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
5.3 VIP Program
The 444bt VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. Tier advancement depends on overall activity on the platform.
Gaming Rules
The 444bt platform offers sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as slots, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games.
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
444bt uses software from established game providers to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

6.3 Technical Issues

Account Suspension & Closure
444bt may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

- Illegal or fraudulent financial activity
- Attempting to interfere with the gaming system
- At the user's own request
Upon account closure, if any wagering requirements on the balance have not been met or evidence of fraud is found, the balance may be forfeited. Otherwise, any valid balance will be returned to the user.

444bt will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, internet disconnections, or issues with the user's own device.
Our liability will never exceed the actual balance in your account. 444bt accepts no responsibility for indirect losses, loss of profit, or missed opportunities.
Amendment of Terms
444bt may update or amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of the new terms the first time you access the platform after any changes.
For significant changes, we will notify you in advance via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment means you accept the new terms.
